PALL Kleenpak™ TFF MF Capsule
Introducing the Kleenpak™ TFF MF Capsule from PALL, a novel single-use, cost-effective
solution for cell harvest or clarification. Kleenpak™ TFF MF Capsule represents
Pall’s most recent innovation in the TFF product portfolio and is developed to meet
the market demand in the fast growing single use filtration field. The product combines
our proprietary Supor© membrane, proven Kleenpak™ format, and extensive
TFF knowledge into one compact, economical, and efficient TFF module.
Kleenpak™ TFF MF consists of our Ultipleat© Supor polyethersulfone membrane
with effective filtration area of 0.57m2. The product is designed to provide high
flux and low protein adsorption that ensures high product transmission and maximum
product recovery. Two pore sizes 0.20μm and 0.65μm are commercially available and
customers can choose the most effective pore size to match their cell types, viability,
and application.
The capsules can be manifolded in series, in parallel or in combination to increase
the effective filtration area and such assembly can typically process batch sizes
of 1000 liters or higher. Kleenpak™ TFF MF Capsules are made of Class VI materials
with low extractable. The products can be autoclaved for sterilization or chemically
sanitized with caustic solutions.
